Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in generalist and business partner roles
  • Strong exposure to commercial or sales HR environments
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder structures
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategies
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Experience in employee relations, including union-related processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday), MS Office, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or HR/IR/PMIR specialization
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial leaders to execute the people strategy and drive business performance
  • Coach and advise managers on talent engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning
  • Support local hiring plans and collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects aligned with local, regional, and global priorities
  • Manage and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures and transitions
  • Drive talent management processes, including reviews, succession planning, and capability building
  • Promote leadership development and accountability
  • Leverage people insights and analytics to inform local initiatives
  • Support DEI and culture initiatives
  • Manage employee relations activities
