Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a people management or technical leadership role in a global delivery environment.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data migration, implementation, or integration consulting for enterprise software systems.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong ability to manage escalations and navigate complex customer environments effectively.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional, and client-facing environments.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of migration consultants and architects delivering services for global pharmaceutical and biotech customers.
  • Oversee resource planning, utilization tracking, and ensure strong operational execution across migration projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on migration strategy, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with customer success goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Services and Product to ensure seamless project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Drive hiring initiatives in India to build a strong pipeline of high-quality migration talent.
  • Establish and enforce standardized tools, methods, and delivery frameworks across the team.
  • Support proposal development and engagement planning in partnership with broader delivery and practice teams.
