Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform architecture
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Partner Community) development
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Proficiency with modern DevOps tools (VS Code, Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Salesforce development initiatives across partner portal and internal GTM systems
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, and Agentforce capabilities
- Build and enhance Experience Cloud (partner portal) functionality
- Develop complex automations, integrations, and custom applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Create and optimize dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics
- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and provide technical mentorship
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure platform stability
