Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or System Administration roles.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Linux systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Crossplane and CI/CD tools like GitLab or ArgoCD.
- Solid programming experience in languages such as Go and Python, with experience building cloud-native services.
- Strong understanding of Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
- Experience working in large-scale distributed systems and production environments with strong operational discipline.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and communicate technical designs clearly across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable platform operations.
- Contribute to major platform modernization efforts, including migration from legacy systems to modern cloud-native infrastructure.
- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters and associated cloud infrastructure supporting internal and customer-facing services.
- Improve observability and reliability using monitoring tools such as Grafana, while defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Develop and enhance core platform systems such as APIs, Kubernetes infrastructure, and internal developer tooling.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and streamline deployment workflows.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based workflows to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Participate in operational troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex distributed systems.
