Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years specializing in Microsoft Power Platform development
- Strong expertise in Canvas App development, including custom controls, responsive layouts, and UI-focused design
- Solid understanding of Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security principles
- Strong background in UI/UX design principles and modern front-end development practices
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building and optimizing workflows
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently own and drive projects from start to finish
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Canvas Apps with a strong emphasis on UI/UX, responsiveness, and custom control implementation
- Translate business requirements into functional, intuitive applications by collaborating closely with stakeholders
- Build and manage data models using Dataverse, including schema design, relationships, and security configuration
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems such as SQL databases, SharePoint, and APIs
- Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows that support and extend application functionality
- Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through development, deployment, and adoption
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, and system efficiency
