5+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience in production-scale environments.
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, along with services such as RDS (PostgreSQL), Redis, and Heroku.
Proficiency with infrastructure and development tools including Terraform, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and React.
Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, Papertrail, or Prometheus.
Strong understanding of system reliability, performance engineering, and distributed systems concepts.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives or projects in a collaborative engineering environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Lead the design and evolution of platform infrastructure, including infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system architecture.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring, optimization, and incident response.
Build and maintain internal developer tooling to improve engineering efficiency and product delivery workflows.
Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring operational stability across services.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support scalable application development and deployment practices.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and guiding best practices across the engineering organization.
Contribute to architectural decisions that balance scalability, simplicity, and long-term maintainability.
