Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or related customer-facing technical roles.
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling technical teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and frontend development ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of software development workflows including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and application deployment practices.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise and commercial customers across multiple industries and complex technical environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering functions.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical involvement in critical customer engagements.
- Experience with developer tooling, performance optimization, edge computing, or frontend infrastructure is considered a strong advantage.
- Comfortable presenting technical concepts at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, or large-scale events.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional team of Solutions Architects, providing mentorship, coaching, training, and career development support.
- Drive technical excellence across customer engagements throughout both pre-sales and post-sales cycles.
- Support strategic accounts with hands-on technical guidance, including architecture reviews, migration strategies, technical presentations, and solution recommendations.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to accelerate business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, influence product direction, and improve technical capabilities.
- Develop scalable best practices, operational processes, and repeatable engagement strategies based on field insights and team performance trends.
- Oversee regional planning activities including staffing, hiring, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly performance reporting.
