Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or technical sales organizations, including managing managers and distributed teams.
- Proven ability to lead effectively through ambiguity, rapid growth, and organizational transformation.
- Strong background in technical evaluation processes, customer enablement, and operational strategy development.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps workflows.
- Technical familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and security technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, SAST, DAST, AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience presenting and selling complex technical solutions to technical practitioners, business stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and strategic leadership skills with a focus on building high-performing organizations.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with the ability to create structure and drive initiatives independently in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working within remote-first or globally distributed organizations is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Solution Architecture managers, fostering leadership growth, operational excellence, and high team performance.
- Define and execute strategic initiatives that improve technical evaluations, customer workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, and overall win rates.
- Build scalable operational processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks to support organizational growth and technical sales effectiveness.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Services, and Partner teams to align technical engagement strategies and business priorities.
- Strengthen executive-level and technical stakeholder relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
- Support regional sales leadership with account planning, customer engagement strategies, and quarterly business objectives.
- Drive organizational transformation by identifying operational gaps, implementing scalable structures, and leading change initiatives proactively.
- Enhance field feedback loops and customer insights to improve product positioning, enablement, and technical storytelling.
- Contribute to the development of a consistent and compelling technical value narrative across customer-facing engagements.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical leadership talent within a globally distributed environment.
