Job Details

1–3 years of experience in backend development, API design, or server-side engineering roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Python (Django/Flask), Node.js, Ruby, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) is a strong plus.
Exposure to modern web architectures such as JAMstack, composable systems, or API-driven environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience or interest in using AI tools to improve development workflows and productivity.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power customer-facing websites and marketing platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
Develop and manage integrations between marketing systems such as CRM and marketing automation tools, enabling seamless and accurate data flow.
Contribute to database design, optimization, and maintenance to support marketing and customer data needs.
Build and support cloud-based services and third-party integrations using modern backend technologies and architectures.
Optimize backend systems for speed, stability, and scalability while troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Document systems, APIs, and processes clearly, ensuring maintainability and knowledge sharing across teams.
