Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to optimize performance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify target segments and define buyer personas.
  • Build and manage outreach cadences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Maintain and optimize a strong pipeline using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, meetings booked, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and sales enablement efforts.
