Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cold outreach, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to optimize performance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify target segments and define buyer personas.
- Build and manage outreach cadences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Maintain and optimize a strong pipeline using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, meetings booked, and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and sales enablement efforts.
