Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in digital advertising (SEM, paid social, display, or video).
  • 1+ year of experience in a client-facing, account management, or customer success role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for multi-account management.
  • Google or Microsoft advertising certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, and video platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns through keyword research, audience segmentation, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular performance reporting and review meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate tracking and campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively implement optimizations.
  • Document client interactions and decisions in CRM systems.
