Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ year of experience in digital advertising (SEM, paid social, display, or video).
- 1+ year of experience in a client-facing, account management, or customer success role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for multi-account management.
- Google or Microsoft advertising certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, and video platforms.
- Optimize campaigns through keyword research, audience segmentation, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular performance reporting and review meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate tracking and campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively implement optimizations.
- Document client interactions and decisions in CRM systems.
