Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full cycle outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with the home services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Chorus, Zoom, Excel, and Google Docs.
- Experience with mid-market and mature client segments in the SMB space.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques (cold calling, solution selling).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement outbound sales strategies to increase lead generation and client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify target segments and define key buyer personas.
- Leverage cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Track and analyze outbound sales metrics using Salesforce.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers to foster long-term engagements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and experiment with new sales tools.
