  • Familiarity with digital marketing services.
  • Familiarity with the home services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Chorus, Zoom, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Experience with mid-market and mature client segments in the SMB space.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques (cold calling, solution selling).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement outbound sales strategies to increase lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify target segments and define key buyer personas.
  • Leverage cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
