Requirements

  • Extensive professional network in the Coupa market, focused on large enterprise clients in the East region.
  • Demonstrated success in selling professional services, networking, and generating new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand client accounts and identify and penetrate new accounts.
  • Experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or Business Spend Management.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Sales, Business Development, Computer Science, Finance, or other related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred).
  • Coupa certification (preferred).
  • Comfort with AI and continuous learning mindset regarding emerging technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development efforts for the Coupa practice across the Enterprise East region.
  • Develop and execute tactical go-to-market plans in partnership with the Coupa sales team.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with organizations not currently served by CrossCountry Consulting.
  • Expand active relationships to increase opportunities with current clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and internal leadership to develop proposal details and approach.
  • Lead research and analysis on the Source-to-Pay / Business Spend Management market.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions.
