Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI, automation, or large-scale GTM transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows in complex B2B SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Partner operations, including drivers of productivity, win rates, and customer/partner experience.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with IT, Security, Data, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GPT-based systems, Glean, or similar copilots for enterprise use cases.
  • Strong background in SaaS, high-growth technology environments, or compliance-driven industries.
  • Ability to drive organizational change, adoption, and operational scalability across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide vision for GTM workflow modernization across Sales, Partner, and Revenue Operations functions.
  • Design and implement scalable automation and AI-driven workflows that reduce friction and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead development and deployment of AI copilots and intelligent assistants to enhance Sales, Partner, and RevOps performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end automation initiatives using tools such as n8n, Glean, and custom GPT-based solutions.
  • Partner with IT, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure all automation solutions meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional transformation programs, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations.
  • Translate business priorities into structured automation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with system architecture and technical constraints.
  • Lead change management efforts including training, enablement, and adoption of new AI-enabled workflows.
  • Measure, track, and communicate the impact of automation initiatives, including ROI, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.
  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices for scalable, secure, and high-impact GTM automation.
