Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market expansion, growth, or strategy roles within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling multiple international markets successfully.
- Strong understanding of online casino and/or sportsbook acquisition and retention dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with Southeast Asian markets, particularly Thailand and/or Malaysia.
- Deep knowledge of localization strategies and player behavior in digital gaming environments.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environments.
- Ability to manage multiple market launches and competing priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, launch, and scaling of new iGaming markets across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Thailand and Malaysia.
- Define and execute market-specific growth strategies based on player behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context, and commercial opportunities.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize new market expansion opportunities aligned with overall business growth objectives.
- Oversee localization initiatives including language adaptation, payment methods, content relevance, and player experience optimization.
- Manage operational readiness for market launches, ensuring compliance with licensing, regulatory, and responsible gaming requirements.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes (SOPs) to improve scalability and efficiency of market entry execution.
- Collaborate closely with acquisition, CRM, product, and retention teams to support integrated growth strategies.
- Monitor market performance, identify friction points, and recommend improvements across acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Provide regular insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership to guide decision-making.
