Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Martech, CRM management, or data governance roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign execution, lead management, segmentation, and marketing workflows.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow or similar).
  • Familiarity with marketing intelligence tools such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, ON24, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, data structures, and system integrations.
  • Experience managing reporting accuracy, dashboard validation, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing automation operations, including campaign setup, email workflows, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.
  • Oversee CRM data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, segmentation quality, and adherence to data standards.
  • Maintain and improve lead lifecycle workflows, campaign tracking, and operational troubleshooting across marketing systems.
  • Support data hygiene processes including deduplication, enrichment, taxonomy management, and list validation.
  • Monitor integrations between CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other connected platforms, resolving data sync issues proactively.
  • Support website and landing page updates through CMS tools and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, data structures, and operational processes.
  • Support reporting and analytics across marketing performance, funnel conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure data readiness for dashboards, predictive models, and AI-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation, efficiency, and governance standards.
