Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management within IT services, preferably working with large SI and enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and enterprise technology markets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and strategic account relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel across India and work flexible hours based on client needs.
  • Fluency in English and local Indian languages is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across key enterprise accounts.
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with large customers, prospects, and strategic SI partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to design tailored IT service offerings for clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for leadership review.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain a structured sales process using CRM tools to ensure disciplined pipeline management and reporting.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and strategic account reviews.
  • Support expansion of existing accounts while driving acquisition of new strategic customers.
