Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior account management, business development, or client success in a B2B environment.
  • Strong background in managing large, complex accounts with revenue growth and profitability responsibility.
  • Experience in pharma, life sciences, or digital marketing/MarTech.
  • Solid understanding of account planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close complex commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Creatio, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term account strategies aligned with global commercial objectives and upselling targets.
  • Own overall account profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients across regions.
  • Lead client meetings to present solutions and translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for strategic accounts.
  • Drive internal coordination across Finance, Legal, HR, Delivery, and Operations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to internal policies and quality standards.
