Requirements
- Proven experience in senior account management, business development, or client success in a B2B environment.
- Strong background in managing large, complex accounts with revenue growth and profitability responsibility.
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or digital marketing/MarTech.
- Solid understanding of account planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Strong negotiation skills to close complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, Creatio, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent English.
- Strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term account strategies aligned with global commercial objectives and upselling targets.
- Own overall account profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Manage and expand relationships with key clients across regions.
- Lead client meetings to present solutions and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Oversee onboarding processes for strategic accounts.
- Drive internal coordination across Finance, Legal, HR, Delivery, and Operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams.
- Ensure consistent adherence to internal policies and quality standards.
