Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in Meta/Facebook advertising
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or performance marketing environment
- Strong track record of delivering performance KPIs such as cost-per-lead or cost-per-appointment targets
- Advanced copywriting skills, including experience writing ad copy and video sales scripts
- Hands-on experience with tracking setup, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of lead generation, appointment-based marketing, and funnel optimization
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into client-ready insights
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive results and solve performance issues
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary strategic and performance lead
- Oversee end-to-end Meta advertising strategy, including campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, and optimization
- Build, launch, and continuously refine paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
- Monitor performance daily and implement optimizations to consistently meet cost-per-appointment targets
- Lead bi-weekly client calls to review results, align on strategy, and define next steps
- Deliver clear, insight-driven performance reports ahead of client meetings
- Develop and refine ad copy, messaging angles, and creative strategies for ongoing testing and improvement
- Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to guide production and campaign execution
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven recovery strategies
- Manage tracking infrastructure, including pixels, conversion events, and attribution systems
