Requirements

- Proven success managing multiple client accounts while consistently achieving campaign performance targets.
- Strong copywriting abilities with experience creating persuasive ad copy and marketing scripts.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, marketing automation, and lead routing systems.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, appointment-setting campaigns, and performance marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to work.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of paid media client accounts as the primary strategic point of contact.
- Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss insights, and align on future strategies.
- Create and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of scheduled client reviews.
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
- Monitor campaign KPIs daily, adjusting targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives to meet performance goals.
- Develop intervention plans for underperforming campaigns and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Write compelling ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services and high-ticket audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to produce effective marketing assets and messaging variations.
- Configure tracking systems, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automations using tools such as Calendly and Zapier.
- Maintain strong client relationships that encourage renewals, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
