Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical product management, focusing on data products, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with data modeling, analytics techniques, and product experimentation frameworks.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence technical and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and design through launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
- Translate complex business and operational challenges into clear product requirements, hypotheses, and scalable data solutions.
- Define product metrics, success criteria, and experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and manage sprint planning in agile delivery environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product adoption.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, data sources, and emerging technologies including AI.
- Deliver product demos and communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.
