Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency or performance marketing environment.
- Demonstrated success achieving campaign performance goals and maintaining strong client retention.
- Strong copywriting and messaging development skills, including experience creating ad copy and conversion-focused scripts.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, Meta pixels, lead attribution, and marketing automation systems.
- Familiarity with lead generation and appointment-setting funnels, particularly for high-ticket or considered purchase services.
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with rapid execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic communication and performance updates.
- Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss optimization strategies, and align on business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of scheduled client calls.
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- Monitor campaign metrics daily and implement data-driven adjustments to achieve cost-per-appointment and conversion targets.
- Develop intervention strategies for underperforming campaigns and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Write compelling ad copy, hooks, messaging variations, and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to support high-performing advertising assets.
- Configure tracking systems, conversion events, marketing automations, and integrations including Calendly and Zapier.
