Requirements

  • Proven success managing multiple client accounts and consistently achieving campaign performance and retention goals.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, particularly in VSL development and conversion-focused advertising.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, marketing automation tools, and technical campaign setup processes.
  • Familiarity with appointment-setting funnels, lead generation campaigns, and high-ticket sales environments.
  • Experience within financial services or similar regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows and campaign efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary strategic and operational point of contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, communicate recommendations, and align on business objectives.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment-setting performance.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, hooks, messaging frameworks, and VSL scripts tailored to high-ticket financial services audiences.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs daily, adjusting targeting, creative strategies, and bid management to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to produce effective marketing assets and optimize campaign messaging.
  • Configure and maintain technical integrations, including tracking pixels, automation workflows, lead routing systems, and scheduling tools.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling.
