Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns directly.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce performance marketing with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
  • Experience managing significant monthly Meta ad spend in a single account.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads fundamentals, including audience strategy, creative testing, scaling methods, and account structure.
  • Ability to interpret performance data, diagnose issues, and clearly communicate actions and results.
  • Strong English communication skills with structured, concise, and data-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands, including prospecting, retargeting, and catalog-based campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing, balancing efficiency and scale while maximizing ROAS and minimizing CPA.
  • Develop structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages, ensuring clear documentation of learnings.
  • Analyze campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis, identifying insights and executing data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to improve conversion rates and post-click performance.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy and measurement reliability, including Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, GA4 basics, and attribution consistency.
