Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or customer marketing
  • Experience owning lifecycle campaigns end-to-end from planning through optimization
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
  • Experience building lifecycle emails including working with templates, dynamic content, and basic HTML or Liquid personalization
  • Experience implementing lifecycle experiments or A/B tests
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based messaging strategies
  • Experience partnering with copywriters and designers
  • Strong execution discipline and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify opportunities independently

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle campaigns from concept through development, QA, deployment, and optimization
  • Build lifecycle campaigns directly inside Customer.io, including segmentation logic, triggered workflows, email template configuration, and campaign QA
  • Identify lifecycle messaging opportunities across the customer journey
  • Design and execute behavior-triggered lifecycle messaging programs
  • Partner closely with the lifecycle copywriter and design team to develop clear, effective messaging
  • Run structured lifecycle experiments to improve activation and engagement performance
  • Analyze campaign results and translate insights into follow-up improvements
  • Audit lifecycle coverage and propose new campaigns that support growth objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, and support teams
