Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or customer marketing
- Experience owning lifecycle campaigns end-to-end from planning through optimization
- Hands-on experience building campaigns in lifecycle platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
- Experience building lifecycle emails including working with templates, dynamic content, and basic HTML or Liquid personalization
- Experience implementing lifecycle experiments or A/B tests
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based messaging strategies
- Experience partnering with copywriters and designers
- Strong execution discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to identify opportunities independently
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle campaigns from concept through development, QA, deployment, and optimization
- Build lifecycle campaigns directly inside Customer.io, including segmentation logic, triggered workflows, email template configuration, and campaign QA
- Identify lifecycle messaging opportunities across the customer journey
- Design and execute behavior-triggered lifecycle messaging programs
- Partner closely with the lifecycle copywriter and design team to develop clear, effective messaging
- Run structured lifecycle experiments to improve activation and engagement performance
- Analyze campaign results and translate insights into follow-up improvements
- Audit lifecycle coverage and propose new campaigns that support growth objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, and support teams
