Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in email or digital marketing.
- Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts (deliverability, segmentation, open rates, CTR).
- Proficiency with data and digital tools (dashboards, spreadsheets).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Eagerness to learn marketing platforms.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
- Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding sequences and retention triggers.
- Support the management of audience lists, segmentation, and workflow documentation.
- Assist in preparing and formatting email templates.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars.
- Support A/B test setup and document results for subject lines and content.
- Compile and maintain performance reports tracking open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Ensure campaign compliance with CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR regulations.
- Maintain documentation of campaign workflows and operational processes.
