Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing
  • Proven ability to deliver in-person and virtual event programs in a SaaS or tech environment
  • 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end event execution including logistics and vendor coordination
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as demand generation, content, sales, and customer success
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple concurrent events
  • Experience managing budgets and evaluating event ROI and performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, lists, and reporting functions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–25 percent for events

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end field marketing and event strategy
  • Build and manage a comprehensive calendar of third-party events, hosted experiences, executive dinners, webinars, and partner activations
  • Oversee full event execution including logistics, vendors, booth experience, messaging, staffing, and attendee engagement
  • Collaborate closely with demand generation, content, sales, customer success, and alliances
  • Manage virtual events and webinars, including planning, production support, speaker coordination, and live event facilitation
  • Own event reporting and performance tracking, including Salesforce campaign management and pipeline impact analysis
  • Manage the field marketing budget and recommend optimizations based on ROI
