Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing
- Proven ability to deliver in-person and virtual event programs in a SaaS or tech environment
- 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end event execution including logistics and vendor coordination
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as demand generation, content, sales, and customer success
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple concurrent events
- Experience managing budgets and evaluating event ROI and performance metrics
- Working knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, lists, and reporting functions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–25 percent for events
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the end-to-end field marketing and event strategy
- Build and manage a comprehensive calendar of third-party events, hosted experiences, executive dinners, webinars, and partner activations
- Oversee full event execution including logistics, vendors, booth experience, messaging, staffing, and attendee engagement
- Collaborate closely with demand generation, content, sales, customer success, and alliances
- Manage virtual events and webinars, including planning, production support, speaker coordination, and live event facilitation
- Own event reporting and performance tracking, including Salesforce campaign management and pipeline impact analysis
- Manage the field marketing budget and recommend optimizations based on ROI
