Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong track record of achieving performance KPIs, particularly cost-per-lead or cost-per-appointment targets
  • Advanced copywriting skills with experience writing ad copy and video sales scripts
  • Hands-on experience with tracking setup, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in financial services marketing or high-ticket lead generation funnels is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of appointment-setting and lead generation campaign structures
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently diagnose and solve performance issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable operating under performance pressure

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end Meta advertising campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and booked appointments
  • Design, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative testing
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and implement rapid adjustments to meet cost-per-appointment and conversion goals
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and proactively develop data-driven optimization strategies
  • Write high-performing ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences
  • Develop messaging angles, hooks, and creative variations for structured testing and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to guide ad production and iteration
  • Manage client communication through bi-weekly calls, performance reviews, and strategic alignment sessions
  • Deliver clear and structured performance reports prior to client meetings
  • Set up and manage tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and attribution tools
