Requirements

  • Proven track record of personally scaling Google and YouTube accounts to multiple 7-figures per month in profitable ad spend.
  • Absolute mastery of the Google Ads platform, including Search, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable living in spreadsheets, and capable of making decisions purely based on data.
  • A proactive operator who drives growth and optimizes without waiting for instructions.
  • Ability to effectively translate media buying data into actionable creative strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, scale, and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns with multi-million dollar monthly budgets.
  • Build and execute a relentless testing roadmap for YouTube creatives, Search copy, Performance Max structures, and landing pages.
  • Obsessively research competitor ads, landing pages, and offers to reverse-engineer their success.
  • Mine search query reports daily to uncover new keyword opportunities and ruthlessly eliminate wasted spend.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to dictate high-converting YouTube assets and copy based on hard data.
  • Take full accountability for channel profitability, reporting daily and weekly on CAC, ROAS, and scaling opportunities.
