Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media and direct response marketing, particularly with Meta advertising.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts while consistently meeting performance goals.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
- Experience with conversion tracking, marketing automation, lead routing systems, and funnel optimization.
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns, appointment-setting funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain campaign data and strategic recommendations.
- Highly proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic and operational point of contact.
- Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, communicate insights, and align on future initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of client strategy calls.
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
- Develop intervention strategies and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
- Write persuasive ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
- Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to develop marketing assets.
- Configure conversion tracking, pixels, automations, and integrations.
- Build strong client relationships that support long-term retention.
