  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts while consistently meeting performance goals.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, marketing automation, lead routing systems, and funnel optimization.
  • Understanding of lead generation campaigns, appointment-setting funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain campaign data and strategic recommendations.
  • Highly proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic and operational point of contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, communicate insights, and align on future initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of client strategy calls.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
  • Develop intervention strategies and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
  • Write persuasive ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to develop marketing assets.
  • Configure conversion tracking, pixels, automations, and integrations.
  • Build strong client relationships that support long-term retention.
