Requirements

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs
- Strong copywriting skills for ad copy and video scripts
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and marketing automation
- Experience in financial services marketing or high-ticket funnels
- Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting structures
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and data reporting
- Ability to work independently and under performance pressure
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Run bi-weekly client calls to review campaign performance and strategy
- Deliver insight-driven performance reports
- Build and maintain client relationships for retention and renewals
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for lead generation
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, and creative testing
- Write ad copy and video sales letter scripts
- Set up tracking systems, pixels, and conversion events
- Configure integrations like Calendly and Zapier
