- Strong project management skills including planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Willingness to travel up to once per month for events or launches.
- Ability to prioritize business needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to find information and data needed to launch a new state within a specific timeline.
- Document findings in a clear, unambiguous manner.
- Define all business processes within a state consistent with regulatory and business requirements.
- Manage the development of tools and resources including software, hardware, and personnel.
- Monitor post-launch status of a state ensuring systems, processes, and staff are functioning optimally.
- Manage and train new employees in the post-launch period.
- Facilitate technical support and root cause analysis during the post-launch period.
