- Tech-forward mindset with experience implementing AI-driven sales workflows.
- Data-driven capability to build forecasts, dashboards, and performance models.
- Experience leading multi-region teams across North America and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Build, enable, and scale a global outbound revenue engine.
- Define and own global inbound/outbound strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Drive SDR-sourced pipeline with accountability for ARR impact.
- Leverage AI and modern tooling to optimize playbooks and productivity.
- Lead and develop global SDR teams and SDR managers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement.
- Own forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analytics.
