  • Tech-forward mindset with experience implementing AI-driven sales workflows.
  • Data-driven capability to build forecasts, dashboards, and performance models.
  • Experience leading multi-region teams across North America and EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Build, enable, and scale a global outbound revenue engine.
  • Define and own global inbound/outbound strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Drive SDR-sourced pipeline with accountability for ARR impact.
  • Leverage AI and modern tooling to optimize playbooks and productivity.
  • Lead and develop global SDR teams and SDR managers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement.
  • Own forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analytics.
