Requirements
- Active NP license in good standing; IMLC/eNLC compact license preferred
- Board certification through ANCC or AANP (Family, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Acute Care)
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in primary care or related fields
- Demonstrated comfort with telehealth or digital care delivery
- Strong documentation discipline and familiarity with EHR systems
- US residency (all 50 states and US territories)
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual medical evaluations via video, phone, and asynchronous forms
- Create and manage holistic, evidence-based care plans
- Prescribe medication and manage titration per protocol
- Manage device-triggered Red Alerts and triage for urgent care
- Document patient interactions and capture comorbidities for correct reimbursement
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop clinical protocols
- Build scalable workflows for program growth
