Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of account management experience in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Experience in hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytics and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships through hands-on partnership.
  • Participate in the entire client lifecycle including sales, implementation, and go-lives.
  • Oversee client success activities and manage KPI metrics like client retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities to expand market share.
  • Generate and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting packages.
  • Coordinate with IT and Product teams to manage file corrections and automation updates.
  • Develop agendas, presentations, and summaries for client meetings.
  • Manage client obligations and resolve operational challenges.
