Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • 7-10 years experience in healthcare technology account management.
  • Specific experience with hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective professional presentation skills for analytics and ROI reporting.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work independently.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships through partnership and collaboration.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
  • Oversee Client Success activities for designated clients.
  • Conduct client business reviews and performance meetings.
  • Introduce and sell new solutions to existing clients with a target sales quota.
  • Participate in the full client lifecycle from sales through implementation and go-lives.
  • Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client strategies, file corrections, and automation.
  • Develop agendas, presentation materials, and meeting summaries.
