Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology consulting or professional services.
- Proven ability to drive operations and project management through defined processes.
- Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platforms.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and project structures.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously from start to completion.
- Experience in agile approaches to project management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Self-starter, intuitive, and collaborative problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain project management deliverables including plans, reports, and tracking logs.
- Forecast project resources and communicate resourcing needs.
- Monitor project budgets against plans and resolve variances.
- Manage day-to-day project and team operations to ensure deliverables are met.
- Manage scope creep and respond to change requests.
- Ensure quality through extensive planning, execution, and QA/QC techniques.
- Coach and mentor teams in agile best practices.
- Manage client relationships and expectations.
- Identify growth opportunities within projects and client organizations.
