- Expertise in security engineering domains: vulnerability management, identity and access, cloud security.
- Experience with vendor portfolio management, budgeting, and AI solutions.
- Strong executive communication and alignment skills.
- Ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and support a high-performing team of Program Managers.
- Lead end-to-end program strategy, roadmap development, and milestone tracking.
- Drive large, complex, cross-organizational initiatives in security and IT.
- Bridge security and engineering teams to align on strategy and drive execution.
- Serve as executive point of contact for major security and technology programs.
- Lead programs in security engineering domains like vulnerability management and identity and access.
- Manage vendor portfolios, budgeting, and AI solution adoption.
