Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution.
- Solid domain expertise in commercial terms and conditions.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Part 15.
- Experience with DoD supplements (DFARS).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct contracts support for government, airframe, and commercial contracts.
- Assess and disposition commercial terms and conditions.
- Interpret FAR/DFARS requirements for solicitations and contracts.
- Lead contract activities from solicitation review through proposal and negotiation.
- Manage contract operations, change management, and claims/disputes administration.
- Lead functional teams and special projects.
- Advise business leadership with recommendations and risk-informed options.
