Requirements
- 4+ years of software sales experience.
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS to nonprofits or B2B companies.
- Experience achieving at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills to explain value proposition.
- Desire to develop a career in technology sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline approximately twice the sales quota.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and product demos to negotiations.
- Lead discovery calls and deliver live product demonstrations.
- Work cross-functionally to address technical needs.
- Maintain forecast reporting within 10% accuracy using Salesforce.
- Build credibility in the nonprofit sector to become a trusted advisor.
