Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with property management tools (e.g., Oscar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries with a high-touch, service-driven approach
- Assess client housing needs and recommend suitable apartment options
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle, including lease negotiations and closing
- Accurately enter and maintain client data and reservations in Salesforce and internal systems
- Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation and reservation details
- Manage and process leads from multiple channels including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Services, Operations, and Accounting
