Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with property management tools (e.g., Oscar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries with a high-touch, service-driven approach
  • Assess client housing needs and recommend suitable apartment options
  • Guide clients through the full sales cycle, including lease negotiations and closing
  • Accurately enter and maintain client data and reservations in Salesforce and internal systems
  • Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation and reservation details
  • Manage and process leads from multiple channels including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Services, Operations, and Accounting
