Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience in high-tech or high-growth industry.
- Experience building and scaling creative teams (design, copy, brand).
- Proven track record of recruiting from a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging lens.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Proficiency in managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting and employee selection efforts for all roles and levels.
- Partner with Senior Leadership and C-Suite to understand hiring objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and effective sourcing strategies.
- Generate a healthy pipeline of candidates via branding, events, and referrals.
- Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain recruiting metrics and conduct analysis of recruiting trends.
- Partner with HR on organizational training, compensation, and compliance.
