Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience in high-tech or high-growth industry.
  • Experience building and scaling creative teams (design, copy, brand).
  • Proven track record of recruiting from a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging lens.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Proficiency in managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting and employee selection efforts for all roles and levels.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and C-Suite to understand hiring objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Generate a healthy pipeline of candidates via branding, events, and referrals.
  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and conduct analysis of recruiting trends.
  • Partner with HR on organizational training, compensation, and compliance.
