Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, partner operations, event coordination, or sales operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience navigating vendor, partner, or rebate portals.
- Experience booking travel and managing event logistics.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure.
Responsibilities
- Submit MDF claims across partner portals like NVIDIA, Cloudflare, HPE, and Microsoft.
- Gather and organize proof-of-performance materials such as invoices, attendee lists, and event recaps.
- Track claim status from submission through approval and payment.
- Coordinate with Finance to route invoices and reconcile incoming payments.
- Book travel, accommodation, and ground transportation for marquee events and client travel.
- Manage on-site event logistics such as shipping, supplies, and venue coordination.
- Update MDF claim trackers in Salesforce and provide weekly status reports.
- Document repeatable submission processes for partner portals.
