Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Partnerships
- 3-5 years experience in a senior or strategic role
- Proven track record of managing large, complex enterprise accounts with measurable NRR and expansion outcomes
- Experience running full-cycle expansion motions and navigating procurement without handoffs
- Demonstrated ability to build genuine C-suite relationships
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs
- Ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones
Responsibilities
- Own full commercial relationship and customer success across 5-15 strategic accounts
- Drive NRR, cross-sell into product suite, and lead end-to-end renewals
- Build and maintain executive-level, multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Advise customers on agent design, voice customization, and conversation flows
- Use data and logs to proactively monitor account health and spot friction
- Develop and execute long-term success plans for transformational accounts
- Align stakeholders and navigate procurement processes
