Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a full cycle closing sales role in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B SaaS, payments or FX.
- Demonstrated success closing deals worth $50k+ revenue p.a.
- Post Secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS and/or FX sales process.
- Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors.
- Comfortable with SaaS applications and web conferencing tools.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong consultative sales approach.
- Ability to maintain accurate forecasting and records.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle through to close.
- Identify customer needs and articulate OFX’s value proposition.
- Communicate and negotiate with Finance Leaders, Controllers, Accountants and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guide clients through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate client relationship records in Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed revenue sales targets.
