Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Texas.
- Minimum 4 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric care.
- Competence in psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort and proficiency practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
- Manage low to moderate acuity patients including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
- Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Collaborate within an integrated care model with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation in electronic medical records.
