Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent
- 8+ years experience in AEC or related professional services
- Strong discipline-specific capability in Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Studio
- Proficiency in GitHub for version control and documentation
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and coordination
- RCDD certification preferred
- EIT, PE, CCNA, CDT, or PMP certification considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead discipline-specific portions of complex projects
- Cultivate client relationships and serve as technical advisor
- Mentor and coach engineers and designers
- Strengthen firmwide standards through Pull Requests and documentation
- Manage project financial performance and resource planning
- Perform design reviews and QA/QC to ensure quality standards
- Monitor project health and mitigate risks
- Participate in pursuits and business development activities
