Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Strong proficiency in Revit-based modeling and coordinated construction documentation.
- Experience supporting or delivering technology system designs (telecom, ICT, audiovisual, security, network, or Wi-Fi systems).
- Understanding of BIM coordination workflows, including clash detection, model management, and cross-discipline collaboration.
- Ability to perform advanced modeling tasks independently.
- Technical foundation in engineering principles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of coordinated Revit models, drawings, and construction documentation across telecom and healthcare technology projects.
- Manage BIM coordination activities, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline issue resolution.
- Apply advanced modeling standards and maintain model health.
- Support early engineering tasks including calculations, system layouts, product research, and specification development.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to improve design clarity and resolve technical conflicts.
- Contribute to workflow improvements by updating templates and standards.
- Participate in coordination meetings and track risks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Designer I and II team members.
