Requirements
- 4+ years of AEC industry experience.
- BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and GitHub.
- Proven experience in coordinated modeling and construction documentation.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Strong technical understanding of technology systems (Telecom, AV, Security, etc.).
- Ability to perform calculations, product research, and design development.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- EIT, CDT, CTS, RCDD, or PE certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead modeling and documentation across moderate to complex scopes.
- Manage model health including worksets, families, and warnings.
- Perform and interpret clash tests in Navisworks or ACC.
- Produce advanced calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Manage multiple workstreams and project tasks independently.
- Coordinate with production and cross-discipline teams to resolve conflicts.
- Mentor Designer I and II team members.
- Contribute refinements to firmwide templates and workflows via GitHub.
- Support site visits and existing conditions verification.
