Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in AEC, consulting, or professional services.
- Expertise in telecom, ICT, structured cabling, or low-voltage systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-discipline technical projects.
- Strong technical expertise in design coordination, QA/QC processes, and documentation standards.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships at a senior level.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team development.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Industry certification RCDD (required).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large, complex, multi-discipline telecom and low-voltage projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Own project financial performance, including profitability, utilization, forecasting, and ongoing evaluation of project health and risks.
- Provide senior-level technical direction, ensuring high-quality design, coordination, and documentation across all phases of project delivery.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, strengthening relationships and ensuring clear alignment on expectations and outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to pursuits, including scope definition, fee development, proposals, interviews, and client engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and coordinated execution across disciplines.
- Document client-specific processes, technical requirements, and delivery workflows.
- Support continuous improvement of firmwide systems through updates to standards, templates, workflows, and QA/QC practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and designers.
